Coffee Talk

What if your inbox offered more than noise β€” what if it offered space? β˜•πŸ₯

Coffee Talk is a weekly pause β€” a moment to reflect, reconnect, and realign with what matters most. It’s not about hustling harder or fixing yourself. It’s about slowing down, noticing what’s emerging, and making space for the questions that move you forward.

Each Friday, you’ll receive:
πŸŒ€ A grounded reflection on life’s transitions (the messy middles, emerging endings, and creative beginnings)
πŸ€” Gentle prompts and questions to help you pause, notice, and choose again
🌬️ Practices to renew your attention, curiosity, and creative vision
πŸ’Œ Occasional invitations to deeper conversation or facilitation experiences

Perfect for you if:
β€’ You're navigating change and craving soulful, meaningful guidance
β€’ You want to live and lead with presence, purpose, and creativity
β€’ You believe in the power of asking better questions (not rushing to answers)
β€’ You like your insights with a side of β˜•, πŸ₯, and πŸ’

✨ Join the list β€” and give yourself a weekly moment of clarity and care. (No spam, no overwhelm β€” just one intentional message each Friday.)

Join me for Coffee Talk, a powerful pause for navigating change and creating opportunities for growth.

🌿 Sheila β€” Creative Facilitator, Coach & Writer

Hi, I’m Sheila. I’m a creative facilitator, transformational coach, and the voice behind Coffee Talk β€” a weekly note where I invite folks to pause, breathe, and tune into what really matters.

For over two decades, I’ve supported individuals and groups through seasons of change β€” the kind that tug at your identity, stretch your capacity, and often begin without a roadmap. My approach is a mix of deep listening, powerful questions, and grounded practices that help bring clarity and ease to transitions and change.

At heart, I care about how we move through transitions, how we show up for ourselves and each other, and how we build lives and communities that feel nurturing. Whether I’m coaching 1:1, holding space in a workshop, or writing a reflection to land in your inbox, my hope is the same: to create room for insight, connection, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, where the tides, the trees, and a strong cup of coffee keep me company. I believe some of our best wisdom surfaces when we slow down and really listen β€” and I love holding space for those moments to arrive. I’m an artist and a gardener, too, feeding my love of working with the creative process.

Hope you'll be inspired to hit 'reply' and let me know your faves and reflections!
